All work is carried out in house; we do not outsource our structural work allowing for a more 'fluid' design process. Our surveyors have architectural and structural design experience so all aspects of your loft conversion ideas can be discussed during the free initial consultation visit.
Our Services
It is now easier than ever to get your loft converted with. Due to changes in permitted development in October 2008, it is now possible to carry out most types of loft conversion with full width rear dormers without planning permission. If you are in a conservation area, have a listed building or there are other restrictions on your property, further consent may be required. We provide a free initial consultation service in Birmingham & Solihull during which we discuss all aspects of your project. Whether you are unsure about Planning, Building Regulations or appointing a builder, we will run you through the whole process. We then give you a breakdown of all costs associated with the works to the stage of appointing a builder. Also, the price we quote you is the price you pay; there are no hidden charges for any extras, such as additional copies of drawings.
